We welcome your application for membership in our professional association. Applications are conditional until your membership fee is received and your application is approved. We'll notify you promptly once your application is processed. You may apply online or by mail.

Apply Online (recommended)

Applying online is fast, easy and safe. Just start filling out the forms you see on this page.

When you apply online, you can pay your membership fee online using a bank card. But if you prefer, you may choose to mail in a check.

If you choose to pay online, we will transfer you to the secure server of our payment services provider before you enter your bank card information.

If you don't want to apply online you can download, print and mail an application. The printable Membership Application (PDF, 233Kb) is a PDF document. You'll need Adobe Reader to view this file. Print the form, fill it out, sign it, and mail it in with your check.

About Passwords
When you are part of an online community you should treat your password seriously. A good password is one that is easy for you to remember and hard for others to guess. (That's why the names of relatives and pets make poor passwords!) We suggest you choose some combination of letters (lower and UPPER case) and numbers from 8 to 15 characters in length.
