Special Interest Group (SIG) Programs

SGV-CAMFT's Special Interest Group Program forms groups for professionals to come together around topics and interests related to our field. A Special Interest Group (SIG) is an opportunity to make connections, dig deeper into specialty areas, and form relationships around common interests. We are always looking for participants and facilitators to help continue these programs!

Interested in Starting a SIG?

Have an idea for a Special Interest Group you don’t see yet? SGV-CAMFT welcomes member-led SIGs and encourages community-driven spaces. If you're a member and interested in facilitating or co-facilitating a SIG, please fill out the SIG interest form.

Your form will be reviewed by the SIG support committee, and you will be contacted by one of our members to assist you in the next stages of forming the SIG.

SIGs are one of the ways SGV-CAMFT stays connected, inclusive, and community-driven. We invite you to explore upcoming groups and find (or create) a space that resonates with you.
