For over 25 years, I have been able to offer safe and client-centered therapy for those adjusting to serious life events, in particular I have experience supporting and guiding clients through the process of understanding the impact of life-altering medical conditions (cancer, Parkinson's, serious injury) as well as interpersonal trauma (child abuse and neglect, intimate partner abuse, sexual assault.) My approach is to meet the client where they are and develop a therapeutic partnership that will lead them to their goals. I focus on working with individuals, but will extend to family sessions when appropriate.
