I believe through exploration there can be liberation, from and through all fears, guilt, shame, doubt, and uncertainty.
As with all explorations, I will be your guide to walk with you through the frustration, pain, and confusion when you feel you have no where else to turn. Regardless of what we find, I will be committed to doing it with you. With creativity, courage, and love as my compass, I will be with you in the dark, providing a light, when all other lights go out.
You have sacrificed so much of yourself to help others and now it's time to rebuild, stronger than ever before . . . back from PTSD, trauma, loss, grief, anxiety, depression, or even an important relationship you thought was lost. Let's learn to take care of you so you can continue to take care of others in the special way that you do.
