Hi, I’m Chloé, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #154961), offering telehealth psychotherapy to adults and couples throughout California. I specialize in helping high-functioning individuals and intimate partners who feel stuck in cycles of disconnection, emotional overwhelm, or intellectual over-analysis. If you’re someone who “knows all the things” but still struggles to feel the change you want, we might be a great fit.
My clients often come to me feeling frustrated — aware of their patterns, yet unsure how to move beyond them. Maybe you’ve done a lot of self-work, read all the books, or been to therapy before, but something still feels out of reach. My work is about helping you bridge that gap — between knowing and feeling, surviving and living. Together, we create space for the parts of you that feel too much, not enough, or stuck in shame — and begin to gently shift toward greater connection, clarity, and wholeness.
I integrate a trauma-informed, attachment-based, and parts-oriented approach, drawing from modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and EMDR. Our work might include exploring old wounds that still echo today, uncovering the adaptive strategies you’ve developed to get by, and building emotional safety so you can experience yourself in new, more compassionate ways.
My therapy style is relational, warm, and grounded. I bring my full self into the room — not just as a therapist, but as a human. You can expect our work together to feel collaborative and supportive, with room for both deep emotional work and real-time curiosity about what’s happening in the moment.
Areas of focus include trauma and dissociation recovery, attachment wounds, binge eating and body image concerns, spiritual and religious trauma (including Christian deconstruction), and relationship challenges — including ethical non-monogamy. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and committed to practicing from an anti-oppressive, liberatory lens that acknowledges the impact of systemic harm on mental health.
I believe therapy should honor the full range of your human experience — the painful, the tender, and the transformative. If you’re ready to reconnect with yourself, your body, and your relationships in deeper, more meaningful ways, I’d be honored to support you.
