About Hannah Cho
I am dedicated to creating a nurturing and supportive space where you can feel safe, valued, and understood. My goal is to help you discover your strengths, restore balance, and move toward a more fulfilling life.
I hold a degree from the Fuller School of Marriage and Family Therapy and specialized training in Intercultural Education from Biola University. I integrate cultural and spiritual sensitivity into therapy, recognizing that your story is shaped by unique experiences of faith, culture, and relationships.
I work with children, young adults, and adults, using creative and evidence-based methods such as play therapy, art therapy, and emotionally focused techniques. My areas of focus include stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, anger, family conflicts, and life transitions. I also support individuals navigating cross-cultural identity, shame, guilt, and spiritual growth.
As a bilingual therapist (English/Korean), I provide therapy that honors your cultural identity. I also integrate life coaching to help you set personal and professional goals, fostering growth and resilience.
Your story matters. Let’s work together to restore hope, strengthen relationships, and help you thrive.
