Fleet Maull - noted meditation teacher, trainer, consultant and peacemaker – will offer instruction in powerful methods for transforming our minds and moving our relationships from conflict to peace. Participants will learn practices to shift from living in a “victim” perspective – of blame, resentment, self-justification and the need to be right – to being accountable and taking Radical Responsibility for their lives and for the health and authenticity of their relationships.
The foundation for Radical Responsibility is mindfulness-awareness meditation, which will be taught and practiced several times during the weekend. Participants will also learn, experience and practice several deep listening, emotion regulation and conflict resolution skills, to better access their capacities for self-empowering choice.
