David Jensen, JD, CAMFT Staff Attorney presents: "What Does the Law Expect of Me? Part II", Dave Jensen will review the following subjects: the psychotherapist and his or her relationship with the law; advertising; business entities; patient access to records, including a discussion of California law and HIPAA; unprofessional conduct: what it is and how to avoid it; and, what makes a valid termination different than patient abandonment.
David is a most entertaining speaker in this lecture–format course that will satisfy the BBS’ on–going requirement of six (6) CEUs in law and ethics.
