Presented by Marilyn Wedge, Ph.D.


Marilyn Wedge, Ph.D., is a family therapist in Westlake Village, California, with more than twenty years of experience helping parents find safe, drug-free solutions for troubled children and teens. She is the originator of “Strategic Child-Focused Family Therapy,” and the author of the recent book: Suffer the Children: The Case against Labeling and Medicating and an Effective Alternative. She contributes regularly to her blogs on The Huffington Post and Psychology Today, and is a popular presenter at the CAMFT annual conference and the Milton Erickson foundation conferences.

Marilyn has a Ph.D. from the University of Chicago, and had a post-doctoral fellowship at the Hastings Center for Bioethics. She can be found at www.MarilynWedgephd.com, and on Face Book and Twitter.
