John Sovec is in private practice in Pasadena, specializing in working with LGBT teens and their families during the coming out process.  John has spoken on LGBT issues at the CAMFT Conference, Alliant University, The Life Group LA, The United States Conference on AIDS, Models of Pride and The EDGY Conference.  He has published many articles on LGBT issues and is the topic expert on LGBT concerns for GoodTherapy.org  John is currently on staff at Phillips Graduate Institute as the supervisor in the Post Modern Studies Program.
