About This Event
Start your day with fresh air, movement, and meaningful connection. Join fellow therapists for a casual morning walk/hike where conversation flows as naturally as the trail.
This informal gathering is a chance to connect with colleagues, build community, and enjoy the outdoors together. No agenda, no pressure. All fitness levels are welcome, and the pace will be relaxed.
Please bring comfortable walking shoes, water, and anything else you may need for the morning. We hope you'll join us for a refreshing start to the day!
